תיאור המשרה המלא
המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןHuskeys is looking for a Head of Product to turn real customer pain and emerging market signals into
focused product outcomes. This is not a roadmap-administration or process role. The right person will
form a point of view, make trade-offs, create the smallest proof worth building, and use customer
evidence to decide what scales.
We need a product leader who can sense a meaningful change early, build something real
quickly, put it in front of customers, and adapt from evidence—not merely coordinate a
backlog.
What success looks like in the first 90 days:
Make product judgment visible and repeatable.
Focused portfolio: Establish a priority system grounded in Revenue, Acquisition, Retention, and explicit Capability bets. Kill or park work that does not earn its place.
Customer proof: Create a reliable flow from customer signal to decision, then to a bounded, working proof with real customer or representative data.
Market speed: Turn meaningful technology and market shifts into real demonstrations quickly, then make clear kill, iterate, or productize decisions.
Responsibilities
Own the product system, not every individual decision. Product direction: Turn customer, market, and technical signals into an opinionated sequence of bets. Make and defend hard trade-offs. Keep the portfolio focused.
Customer value: Spend meaningful time with customers, prospects, POCs, and customer-facing teams. Define customer outcomes, proof points, and success measures — not just features.
Fast learning: Design narrow, testable customer wedges and market probes. Separate a useful proof from a scalable product, and decide when to invest further.
R&D partnership: Give R&D outcome-complete direction: user job, evidence, success metric, constraints, exclusions, owner, and deadline. Enable distributed decisions without becoming an approval bottleneck.
Product function: Lead and grow Product across product management and design; coach the team to bring recommendations and evidence, not open-ended questions.

• WAF, WAAP, API security, or application security.
• Cloud security posture, runtime security, detection/response, edge security, traffic analysis, or security data platforms.
