We’re growing fast and looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to join our Go-to-Market team and play a key role in building the operational backbone that enables our revenue organization to scale. Reporting directly to the CRO , this is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to align processes, data, tools, and goals across the customer lifecycle and help drive predictable, scalable growth. Requirements: What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM Operations role. • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, pipeline management, data integrity, and process optimization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn revenue and sales data into actionable business insights. • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to independently manage processes end-to-end and work directly with senior leadership. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and work effectively across multiple teams and priorities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Nice to Have • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
