About Us:

SMARTGEN is a multi-family office providing comprehensive wealth management services to HNWI Private Clients. Our approach is based on three key pillars:

1.     Preserving and Growing Wealth – Investment strategies and portfolio management.

2.     Protecting Wealth – Tax optimization, regulatory risk management, and succession planning.

3.     Securing Wealth – Diversification across reliable private banks and jurisdictions.

We are seeking a Head of Wealth Solutions to oversee and lead the development and management of all three core service lines. This is a senior leadership position requiring a deep understanding of wealth management for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Expertise Development: Build and maintain cutting-edge expertise in investment management, tax and regulatory compliance, and asset structuring.

2.     Solution Design: Oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of bespoke wealth management solutions for HNW clients.

3.     Team Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead key stakeholders in delivering top-tier services.

4.     Client Advisory: Act as a senior advisor to Relationship Managers, offering expert insights and guidance across all wealth management pillars.

Qualifications:

1.     Languages: Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory. Hebrew and additional languages are an advantage.

2.     Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the HNW segment, with experience in private banking / investment management firms / tax consulting / legal services / auditing.

3.     Education: A bachelor's degree in law or finance is required.

4.     Skills: Strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication, and a client-centric mindset.
