💼 The Role

We're looking for a motivated, experienced HVAC Design Engineer to join our growing team in Ramat Gan. You'll design HVAC systems across a wide range of projects, perform engineering calculations, prepare detailed design documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.

Our modern office sits on the 30th floor overlooking the park — a great place to design, collaborate, and grow.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

·      Collaborating with the project team, including design meetings and on-site supervision

·      Design chilled water systems based on chillers and cooling towers, as well as VRF systems

·      Perform load calculations and select HVAC equipment using dedicated engineering software

·      Prepare technical documentation for design submissions and tender packages

·      Produce all required project documentation, including BOD, BOQ, and Technical Specifications

·      Contribute to local Israeli projects and international projects across our subsidiaries abroad

✅ Requirements

·      B.Sc. in Engineering from an Israeli university — preferably the Technion, Tel Aviv University, or Ben-Gurion University of the Negev

·      Minimum 5 years of HVAC design experience at an Israeli design/engineering firm

·      Proven design experience across high-rise residential and office buildings, hotels, hospitals, and industrial projects

·      Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

·      Solid knowledge of load calculations and HVAC equipment selection software

·      Hebrew and English at a high level — both written and spoken

·      Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

·      Experience with CFD analysis

·      Familiarity with LEED-certified projects
