Key Responsibilities

Provide internal technical support to employees across the organization

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT system issues

Manage and support Active Directory Domain environments

Deliver high-quality technical assistance and ensure efficient issue resolution

Work Sunday through Thursday during morning hours, with alternating Fridays

Requirements

Technical background in IT or previous experience in a technical support/help desk role

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or completion of a relevant technical course such as MCSA, CCNA, PC Technician, or Network Administration

Willingness to commit to a long-term position

Eligibility and willingness to undergo a security clearance process
