Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist for a leading company in the automotive industry, providing technical support to more than 1,000 employees

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to more than 1,000 company users

Manage permissions in Active Directory and Exchange

Troubleshoot operating systems, Microsoft Office, Citrix, and additional systems

Provide ongoing support for user requests and resolve hardware and software issues

Requirements

At least one year of proven experience in internal technical support

High service orientation, ability to work independently, and strong interpersonal skills

Willingness to join the company for a long-term position
