Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Full Stack Business Partner, designed to seamlessly support a designated business unit. We're looking for a proactive and passionate individual to step in all people-related functions, from talent acquisition to employee development and engagement, ensuring our teams thrive and achieve their full potential.

What am I going to do?:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for your assigned unit, offering real-time guidance on all people matters.

• Champion and execute local engagement initiatives that align with and strengthen our company culture across your assigned unit.

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hands-on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development.

• Proactively identify and address organizational gaps or employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

• Use data and AI to make smarter, faster people decisions.

Requirements:

• You are a true Entrepreneurial Builder at heart, thriving in dynamic environments where you can launch and manage critical HR initiatives from inception to completion, driving tangible impact for your assigned business unit.

• You possess a strong command of strategic HR Business Partnering, enabling you to align people strategies with business objectives.

• You excel at managing the full employee lifecycle, demonstrating expertise in onboarding, performance cycles, and retention strategies.

• You are skilled in hands-on recruitment and learning & development initiatives, fostering talent growth within teams.

• You possess exceptional issue resolution capabilities and a proactive approach to maintaining a positive organizational climate.

• Knows how to create and work with AI agents and assistants.

Working with AI

AI tools will be leveraged to streamline administrative tasks, analyze employee data for trends, and enhance recruitment processes. You'll utilize these tools to gain insights and improve efficiency, allowing you to focus your energy on strategic initiatives, complex problem-solving, and building meaningful relationships within your assigned unit.
