HR Systems Project Manager

Your role will include:

Responsible for managing and leading projects in the field of HR systems, systems analysis, and business solution design, including among other things:

• Leading information systems projects in the HR domain, including managing the organizational project to migrate from Oracle EBS HR to a cloud-based HR system.

• Analyzing business processes and designing solutions within HR systems.

• Writing business and functional requirements documents.

• Ongoing collaboration with the HR division, key users, and stakeholders.

• Accompanying development teams and vendors from the design phase through go-live.

• Providing professional and project leadership for HR staff.

• Leading testing processes (SIT/UAT), implementation, and user training.

• Managing interfaces with additional organizational systems.

• Initiating and leading improvements in systems and work processes.

Skills and abilities:

• Relevant academic education (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, etc.) - Required.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing information systems projects - Required.

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis - Required.

• Proven and significant experience working with Oracle HR, Oracle EBS HR, or Oracle Fusion HCM systems - Required.

• Experience writing business and functional requirements documents - Required.

• Experience leading projects with business clients and vendors - Required.

• In-depth understanding of HR processes - Required.

• Experience in professional and project leadership of employees and/or implementation teams - Required.

• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Significant advantage.

• Experience in migration projects from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or integration solutions - Significant advantage.

• Experience with data conversions and interface management - Significant advantage.

• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.

• Systemic thinking and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to provide professional and project leadership, drive employees and interfaces, and manage multiple processes in parallel.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions.

• Order, organization, prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
