HSR Design Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a HSR Design Manager to join its office in Tel Aviv within the Project Engineering Division.

Mission

Lead and manage the delivery of integrated, compliant, and high-quality design solutions across all disciplines of the high-speed rail programme.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the overall design programme and governance processes.

Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and interfaces.

Lead design reviews and design assurance activities.

Ensure compliance with railway standards, safety, and operational requirements.Maintain configuration control and design baseline integrity.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Railway, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in major infrastructure and railway design projects.

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.

• Strong knowledge of design assurance and railway standards.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Expertise in quality control and assurance processes. In-depth knowledge of compliance and safety standards in engineering projects.

• Demonstrated ability to manage technical aspects of high-value and large-scale projects.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for addressing complex technical challenges.

• Proven ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and manage technical risks.

• Capable of high-level strategic planning to optimize project execution.
