IAM Specialist

We're looking for an experienced IAM Specialist to play a key role in driving end-to-end identity and access management processes for a leading organization.

In this position, you will take ownership of cross-organizational projects, shape and optimize ongoing processes, author clear technical and business specifications, and work closely with diverse stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead strategic IAM/IDM implementations and manage cross-functional processes across the entire organization.

• System Operations & Architecture: Drive ongoing maintenance, design permission architectures, and provide operational support for enterprise IAM systems.

• Requirements & Specifications: Author detailed, high-quality technical and business characterization documents to guide project execution.

• Process Optimization: Continuously improve, streamline, and scale identity and access management workflows within a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in the IAM / IDM domain – Must

• Strong technical background in configuring, maintaining, and operating enterprise IAM systems – Must

• Proven track record of writing detailed technical and business specifications – Must

• Hands-on proficiency with SQL – Must

• Demonstrated capability in leading complex, cross-functional projects within a dynamic environment.
