Identity & Access Management Specialist

We're looking for an experienced IAM Specialist for a leading organization to drive end-to-end identity and access management processes. In this role, you will lead cross-organizational projects, optimize processes, author technical and business specifications, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM/IDM implementations and cross-organizational strategic processes.

• Perform ongoing maintenance, permission architecture, and operational support for enterprise IAM systems.

• Write detailed technical and business characterization documents.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in the IAM / IDM domain – Must

• Strong technical background in configuring, maintaining, and operating IAM systems – Must

• Proven experience in writing technical and business specifications – Must

• Hands-on proficiency with SQL – Must

• Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.

Hybrid Position (Central District, Israel)
