Identity Management Infrastructure Specialist | Shfela Area | Full-Time Hybrid

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Identity Management Infrastructure Specialist for a leading organization in the Shfela area.

The role includes responsibility for the implementation, management, maintenance, and upgrade of identity management systems and infrastructure, handling complex technical issues, and leading changes and projects in an Enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

Implementation, management, maintenance, and upgrade of identity management systems and infrastructure

Handling complex technical issues in Enterprise environments

Leading infrastructure changes and projects

Working with IDM/IAM technologies

Working across Linux, Unix, Windows, LDAP, Active Directory, AWS, and Entra ID environments

Requirements:

Proven experience installing, managing, and maintaining infrastructure and servers

Experience working with Windows and Linux/Unix servers

Knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory and LDAP

Experience troubleshooting complex issues in Enterprise environments

Familiarity with information security, including Firewalls, Certificates, Secrets, and Keys

Full-time position

Hybrid work model with one remote workday per week

Availability to work beyond regular business hours when required

Relevant candidates will be required to complete a computerized reliability assessment, questioning, and a polygraph examination
