Industrial & Management Engineer

We are a global consumer goods company developing innovative products for babies, children, and parents. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Manufacturing team and looking for an Industrial & Management Engineer with a strong orientation toward manufacturing processes, quality, and continuous improvement to join us in Herzliya.

What You'll Do

• Manage and improve manufacturing and quality processes throughout the production cycle.

• Analyze existing production processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements.

• Develop testing methods and validation processes to ensure manufacturing quality and consistency.

• Identify production and technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive effective solutions.

• Lead cross-functional projects related to manufacturing processes, quality, and operational improvements.

• Build project plans, timelines, and Gantt charts, and follow up on execution.

• Work closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and automation solutions.

What We're Looking For

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related engineering field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

• Ability to conduct risk assessments and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

• Ability to manage projects, build work plans, and develop project timelines and Gantt charts.

• Strong technical and mechanical orientation.

• Excellent English – required.

• Ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel abroad as needed – required.

• Experience in manufacturing, quality, or process improvement – an advantage.

• Experience with SolidWorks – an advantage.

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other process-automation tools – an advantage.
