Information Security & Infrastructure Specialist JB-5506

We are seeking an Information Security & Infrastructure Specialist with a broad systems perspective, deep technical knowledge, and strong client-facing capabilities.

The role includes leading the hardening, installation, and maintenance of operating systems and software, as well as advanced configuration of networks and communication equipment in sensitive and secure environments. The position also involves participating in client meetings and providing professional, in-depth expertise on cybersecurity and information security matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional expertise in cybersecurity discussions, explain information security requirements, and participate in client meetings and requirements definition sessions.

• Translate client needs into secure technical solutions and provide professional consulting on cybersecurity and infrastructure matters.

• Perform hardening of operating systems, servers, and endpoints, with an emphasis on Windows Server and Windows IoT.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, dedicated software, and security updates (Patch Management).

• Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.

• Analyze system architectures, identify vulnerabilities, and provide solutions integrating software, hardware, and information security.

• Implement information security controls and processes in sensitive and secure environments.

• Handle security incidents (Incident Response) in collaboration with IT and development teams.

• Work closely with clients and professional stakeholders in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in information security, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of information security and cybersecurity.

• Hands-on experience in operating system hardening, with an emphasis on Windows Server and Windows IoT.

• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and enterprise software.

• Hands-on experience configuring network equipment, including Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.

• Good knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Routing Protocols.

• Knowledge of software, development, or automation scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar tools.

• Broad systems perspective and the ability to analyze complex architectures.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills when working with clients, managers, and professional stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel abroad as part of the role.
