Information System Developer (JB-19)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and upgrade enterprise and operational information systems.

• Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop new modules and enhance existing applications using modern development technologies and AI-assisted tools.

• Maintain integrations and interfaces between internal and external systems.

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues while improving system performance and stability.

• Work closely with business users, operational units, vendors, and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and systems analysis.

• Strong hands-on experience with C# development (Backend & Frontend).

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Angular, React, or similar web technologies.

• Experience with WPF and Windows Forms applications.

• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.

• High level of English proficiency

Advantageous Qualifications

• Experience in Project Leadership Experience

• Systems Analysis certification.

• Microsoft development certifications.

• Experience with Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, SQL, Java, Groovy, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with high-availability operational systems and complex enterprise environments.
