Information System Manager

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Information Systems Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of our business applications ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the Information Systems team while remaining hands-on and responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the company's core business systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to understand business needs, implement solutions, streamline processes, and ensure our systems support company growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business understanding, team leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving employee productivity through technology.

Requirements: • 6+ years of relevant Information Systems / business applications experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a hands-on role and a minimum of 2 years in a Team Lead or people management role. • Hands-on experience with several of the following platforms: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Monday.com, Slack, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, or similar enterprise systems. • Strong understanding of business process design, workflow management, and SaaS administration. • Experience implementing automations, integrations, and system improvements. • Familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, and low-code/no-code automation tools. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Nice to Have • Previous experience in an Information Systems / Business Applications Architect role. • Salesforce Administrator certification. • Atlassian certifications. • Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, or additional enterprise platforms. • Experience with BI/reporting tools and data analysis. • Experience in high-growth technology or cybersecurity companies. • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
