Information System Manager

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Manager to lead and manage the organization’s IT operations.

The role combines managerial responsibility with hands-on work and includes managing a small IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the organization’s information systems, IT infrastructure, and technology services.

• Manage the Microsoft 365 environment.

• Manage enterprise cloud solutions.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, servers, endpoints, communications, networks, and information security.

• Manage business applications, including CRM systems.

• Manage monitoring and control systems, PBX systems, and telephony solutions.

• Provide hands-on IT support and technical services to employees, alongside team management responsibilities.

• Lead technology projects and implement new systems and solutions.

• Support procurement processes for hardware, software, and IT solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Information Systems Management – required.

• Proven experience managing integrations between systems and leading information systems integration projects – required.

• Proven experience managing a Microsoft 365 environment – required.

• Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce – required.

• Experience working with BI systems – required.

• Experience managing monitoring and control systems – required.

• Strong knowledge of information security, access and permissions management, backup solutions, and business continuity – required.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Fast learner with strong analytical skills, a broad systems perspective, and excellent interpersonal skills.
