Follow: Blog , Insta , LinkedIn , Twitter As an Information Systems Manager you will be responsible for: • Lead global enterprise information systems and migrations: • Oversee and manage multiple ERP systems across all Rapyd subsidiaries globally. • Lead multiple complex, global implementation and migration projects, including NetSuite transitions. • Oversee CRM platforms across the organization, including Salesforce and HubSpot. • Spearhead strategy and execution for AI-related Information Systems projects. • Oversee the • Assist with vendor management, software renewals, and contract negotiations across IS software tools. • Develop and execute testing, change management, and user training plans globally. • Provide ongoing support and assistance to users after deployment. • Oversee and manage hundreds of information systems across the organization. • Grow and Manage the IS team and IS developers and ensure ongoing support to inhouse tools • Manage and own all business processes and support them technically

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in information technology and information systems • Proven track record of managing multiple ERP and CRM implementations globally (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot). • Experience leading AI-driven initiatives or incorporating AI technologies into business systems. • Experience managing in-house information systems • Strong understanding of vendor management, contract negotiations, and software renewal processes. • Expert ability to translate business requirements to technical design. • Excellent communication, collaboration and management skills. • Problem-solving and analytical skills. • High level of English (writing and speaking) • Willingness to travel abroad Job Candidate Privacy Policy - https://www.rapyd.net/candidate-privacy-policy
