Information Systems Project Manager - 3948

A Leading Industrial Company in Southern Israel is Seeking an Information Systems Project Manager & Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Driving processes following the collection, processing, and analysis of data from the field.

• Managing projects from the initial planning stage through successful completion, including implementation and deployment in the field, while continuously monitoring timelines and budget adherence.

• Managing application and infrastructure projects across diverse business areas, including management of external stakeholders and ongoing monitoring throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Responsibility for managing existing systems across a variety of areas.

• Defining and implementing new processes and systems within the organization.

• Handling ongoing tasks, including user requests, troubleshooting, equipment support, and working with vendors.

• Hands-on support of software and hardware systems across all company sites.

• Working interfaces with employees, managers, development and implementation companies, and various vendors.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Information Systems project management within a medium-to-large organization – mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution – mandatory.

• Good proficiency in MS Office – mandatory.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel – mandatory.

• Experience as a Priority ERP implementation specialist – an advantage.

• Familiarity with Power BI (PBI) – an advantage.

• Experience working with databases – an advantage.

• Knowledge of Information Security / Cybersecurity – an advantage.

• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies – an advantage.

• Strong data analysis skills.

• Strong technical capabilities.

• Willingness and ability to learn and develop professionally.

• Ability to learn and work independently.

• Willingness to travel between company sites.

• High-level English proficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, employees, and managers.
