Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Amarel is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the infrastructure domain in a complex, multi-site organization.

What you’ll lead:

• IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring high availability, business continuity, and service excellence

• Infrastructure strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmaps

• Transformation and modernization across cloud, networking, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise infrastructure

• Automation and AI initiatives to improve IT operations and user experience

• ITSM platforms and advanced IT service management processes

• Internal capability building, knowledge transfer, and operational model improvement

• Strategic vendors, partners, and SLA management

• Infrastructure teams and a culture of technical excellence and service

• Security controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with the CISO

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure within a medium-sized or large organization

• 3+ years of experience managing infrastructure or IT operations teams

• Proven experience leading infrastructure strategy and transformation projects

• Experience implementing and leading ITSM platforms

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server

• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, backup, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure

• Experience managing vendors, outsourcing partners, and SLAs

• Experience working in multi-site environments

• Experience implementing information security controls

• Experience in defense or security industries — a significant advantage

• Relevant academic degree

• Professional certifications — an advantage
