Information Technology Manager

Comblack is looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager!

The role involves leading a team of project managers and managing complex, end-to-end core IT projects, with a strong focus on healthcare and mission-critical systems. Responsibilities include systems analysis, solution architecture planning, complex integrations, vendor management, and leading cross-organizational technology initiatives in high-availability environments.

What are we looking for?

• 12+ years of experience managing complex projects, including at least 6 years leading complex IT and technology projects

• 4+ years of proven experience managing a team of Project Managers, including direct management of 8+ employees

• Extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise systems and core applications

• Strong background in Systems Analysis, solution design, architecture, and complex system integrations

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects involving multiple technological and business stakeholders

• Hands-on experience managing software vendors and system integrators

• Experience with healthcare or clinical systems is a significant advantage

• Experience working in large enterprise organizations and managing high-availability, mission-critical systems is highly advantageous
