Information Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior SOC Analyst to join our SOC team.

We are seeking a senior, hands-on IT Manager with end-to-end ownership of our global technology landscape. With 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure in a solo or lead capacity.

Operating in a fast-paced, R&D-driven environment, you will drive infrastructure, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, compliance, and end-user support.

This role offers full autonomy to shape, secure, and scale our IT ecosystem while partnering closely with leadership, R&D, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Core Infrastructure & Cloud Operations: Design, maintain, and scale on-premises (VMware, Windows/Linux servers, networking, storage) and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring high availability and performance.

Identity, SaaS & Access Management: Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO/IdP integrations, and IAM workflows (RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, onboarding/offboarding) across our enterprise SaaS stack.

Endpoint Management & User Support: Oversee lifecycle management for Windows and macOS endpoints using Intune/MDM. Provide end-to-end technical support and troubleshooting across all internal systems and operations.

Cybersecurity & Vulnerability Management: Manage endpoint protection (EDR/XDR), patch management, threat monitoring, and remediation across endpoints, servers, and network devices.

Compliance, Audits & DR: Lead compliance initiatives for frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and SOC 2. Maintain backup integrity, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

IT Governance & Asset Management: Manage the full IT asset lifecycle (procurement, licensing, hardware), vendor relations, and define internal IT policies and security standards.

Strategic Business Alignment: Partner closely with R&D, Operations, HR, and Finance to align technology services with organizational growth and technical needs.

Job requirement:

Systems & Virtualization: Strong administration experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory / Entra ID, VMware (vSphere/ESXi), and storage/backup solutions.

Cloud & M365: Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Networking & Security: Solid grounding in TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and Zero Trust identity principles.

Compliance: Direct experience supporting security audits and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

R&D & Stakeholder Alignment: Experience supporting engineering/R&D environments and independently troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Soft Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Advantages (Nice to Have)

Endpoint & EDR Tools: Experience with Jamf, Kandji, Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Palo Alto Cortex.

Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, Python, Power Automate, Ansible, or Terraform.

DevOps/Engineering Stack: Exposure to Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), GitHub, or CI/CD pipelines.

Certifications: Industry certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft/Azure, AWS, Cisco, ITIL, or ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer.
