Information Technology Operations Specialist

We're looking for a sharp, proactive technologist to own the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our production digital systems.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment alongside Development, Infrastructure, Security and Business teams -with direct impact on uptime and user experience.

What you'll do:

• Monitor, operate and maintain production systems, including building custom monitors.

• Troubleshoot critical incidents across IIS-based services and database-integrated applications.

• Support version deployments and manage cloud-based services.

• Lead initiatives to improve availability, performance, and process automation.

• Coordinate operational processes with multiple teams across the organization.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Operations / Production / IT in web environments.

• Proven experience with IIS.

• Background in operating applications connected to databases (SQL / Oracle).

• Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Ability to write and maintain scripts in PowerShell / Bash / Python.

• Strong troubleshooting skills at the application level, including Cookies, Headers, and Sessions.

• Familiarity with Chrome DevTools.
