Information Technology Project Manager

Research Authority | Tel-Hai University, Kiryat Shmona, Israel About the Role Tel-Hai University is establishing a university-wide Research Services One Stop Shop that will provide researchers with a single access point for grants, procurement, research safety, scientific computing, and more.

Our approach is simple: integrate before you build. We aim to maximize existing university systems and connect them into one seamless research environment. Key Responsibilities • Map existing university systems and identify integration opportunities

• Lead the design and implementation of system integrations supporting research processes

• Partner closely with the University's IT Division and key stakeholders

• Identify technology gaps and oversee the implementation of targeted solutions

• Manage vendors, researchers, leadership teams, and IT partners

• Support training, change management, and successful adoption Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience managing IT projects, including enterprise systems and integrations

• Proven experience working with ERP systems and integrating services into existing platforms

• Strong integration-first mindset and ability to leverage existing solutions

• Experience collaborating closely with institutional or enterprise IT teams

• Fluent Hebrew and English Preferred • Experience in higher education or research organizations
