Strauss is hiring IT Endpoint Technologies Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint technologies and end-user devices.

• Manage and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration equipment.

• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and maintain standardized configurations.

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

• Manage endpoint lifecycle, inventory, and escalated support tickets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or endpoint management.

• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and endpoint troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, Office 365, and Active Directory.

• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.

• Knowledge of cloud environments is an advantage.
