We’re looking for a highly technical, service-oriented IT & Helpdesk Specialist to join our IT Team.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about solving problems, optimizing IT operations, and delivering an exceptional internal support experience.

The IT team at Iscar supports employees globally - from onboarding to offboarding - and is responsible for managing users’ equipment, accounts, licensing, hardware, software, and more.

You’ll be the frontline of technical support, resolving complex hardware and software issues in alignment with predefined SLAs. You’ll also monitor, respond to, and manage requests through our IT service desk

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries and resolve technical support requests through in-person interactions, email, and ticketing systems.

• Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network connectivity issues

• Fully support, configure, maintain, and optimize end-user equipment and IT infrastructure, including systems and networks.

• Identify urgent technical issues, escalate as necessary, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective IT operations.

• Provide clear guidance, training, and support, acting as an internal tech consultant to enhance user experience.

• Implement and maintain IT best practices by evaluating and adopting new technologies to enhance process improvements and IT capabilities.

• Collaborate with third-party service providers to resolve outages and service disruptions.

• Support, install, and improve existing systems and services.

Requirements

• IT Experience: 2+ years in IT support.

• Certifications: MCP, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA, VCP, etc

• Identifies, investigates, and resolves users' problems with computer software and hardware.

• Scripting\Programming\SQL knowledge – advantage

This is an onsite position located at our headquarters in Migdal Tefen.
