Senior Infrastructure Project Manager | Transportation & Civil Infrastructure

A leading and well-established construction and infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer / Project Manager to lead large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects.

This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional with a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, transportation corridors, urban development, and civil works.

• Lead subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Prepare and manage project financial accounts and progress reports.

• Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion, reporting directly to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience managing and delivering infrastructure, roadworks, and development projects within a contracting/construction company.

• Hands-on experience in transportation infrastructure, urban roads, and complex civil engineering projects.

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized higher education institution in Israel.

• Registered Engineer with the Israeli Engineers and Architects Registry.

• Eligibility to meet the requirements of a Registered Contractor Classification Group C (including the relevant professional experience requirements for C-5 qualification).

• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
