We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage multiple infrastructure teams in a complex IT environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management, technical leadership and infrastructure operations, with responsibility for the availability, stability and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple infrastructure teams, including System, PC, Network, Cyber, Servers, Storage and Virtualization.

• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance activities, priorities and technical tasks across the teams.

• Lead infrastructure projects, technology upgrades and improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on involvement in complex infrastructure challenges.

• Oversee server rooms, virtualization, storage, networking, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery environments.

• Define infrastructure policies, procedures and work methodologies.

• Manage vendors, suppliers and technology partners, including installations and integrations.

• Ensure high availability and operational continuity of critical IT systems.

• Manage technical knowledge, documentation and continuous improvement across the infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a relevant field – Mandatory.

• 5+ years of proven experience managing infrastructure teams and multiple technical activities.

• Proven experience leading multiple infrastructure teams in a complex IT environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of Servers, Networking, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Monitoring and Cybersecurity.

• Experience with the setup and maintenance of Server Rooms / Data Center infrastructure.

• Strong hands-on technical orientation and ability to provide technical leadership.

• Experience working with hardware/software vendors, service providers and system integrators.

• High level of English, written and spoken.

• Relevant professional certifications – Advantage.

Team & Environment

The role includes direct management of approximately 5 infrastructure professionals across System, Cyber, Servers, Network, Storage and Virtualization, alongside collaboration with internal IT teams, vendors and external consultants.
