What we're looking for This role sits within the Insurance team and is focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our operational and insurance reporting. You'll spend time pulling data, reconciling information across systems, investigating discrepancies, completing underwriting rates and supporting business stakeholders with reporting and analysis. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong SQL and spreadsheet skills, and is naturally curious when something doesn't look right. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving operational problems, and building reliable reporting processes that help the business scale.

Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in operations, analytics, insurance, finance, or a related field • Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently query and validate data • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience working with large datasets and reconciling data across multiple sources • Strong attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Nice to Have: • Experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services • Familiarity with BI tools such as Mixpanel or Tableau • Experience working with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar data warehouses
