Integration & Automation Group Manager

Netline, a leading defense technology company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and delivery of advanced electronic warfare and RF protection systems for defense organizations in Israel and worldwide, is seeking an experienced and talented Integration & Automation Group Manager to join its R&D division.

We are looking for a strong technical leader with extensive experience in multidisciplinary RF-based systems, proven leadership and team management capabilities, analytical thinking, and a creative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.

The department serves as a key operational and technological pillar within the company, responsible for system integration, validation, and product delivery. The role involves close collaboration with hardware, software, and operations teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly challenging environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage several engineering teams, including:

ATE Team

• Design and implementation of automated systems for hardware, software, and functional testing and calibration.

• Development of advanced operational applications for customer-site deployment and support.

Integration Teams

• Integration of complex multidisciplinary systems.

• Hardware and software troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

• Planning and execution of regression and validation processes.

• Conducting POCs for new systems and features.

• Leading field trials and performance validation activities.

• Driving system-level analysis, innovation, and technical problem solving.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading and motivating engineering teams — mandatory.

• 8+ years of experience in testing and integration of multidisciplinary systems — mandatory.

• Deep understanding of RF transmission and reception chains — mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of calibration and testing algorithms, with hands-on experience using RF test and measurement equipment — mandatory.

• Experience testing analog and digital electronic boards — mandatory.

• Experience supporting projects from development through manufacturing, including wiring diagrams, assembly documentation, manufacturing files, test documentation, and acceptance testing — mandatory.

• Proven experience developing automated test solutions — mandatory.

• Experience with Python — significant advantage.

• Experience with LabVIEW — significant advantage.

• Active security clearance (Secret level or above) — advantage.

• Background in elite military technology units — advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
