Integration Team Lead

One of our clients in the defense sector is looking for an Integration Team Lead to join their Radar Systems unit in Holon, Israel.

Your responsibilities

• Define test and integration processes for hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, and RF modules into a complete radar system

• Lead field trials in Israel and abroad

• Establish and maintain a lab and infrastructure for system-level integrations

Required skills

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in integration and testing of complex systems involving microwave, hardware, firmware, and software

• Proven experience in building system-level test plans

• Experience in establishing and operating an advanced development and integration lab – advantage

• Proven experience leading technical and/or system integration teams

• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English

• Willingness to travel abroad

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
