Intelligence Officer

A leading public-sector organization is looking for an Intelligence Officer to establish and lead its HUMINT (Human Intelligence) & Source Development capability within a specialized investigations and intelligence division.

This is a unique opportunity to build a new intelligence function from the ground up, combining human intelligence, investigative work, data analysis, and emerging AI-driven methodologies to support complex financial and cyber-related investigations.

What You'll Do

Establish and develop the organization's HUMINT and source development capabilities.

Identify, recruit, develop, and manage intelligence sources.

Build actionable intelligence to support complex investigations.

Investigate financial misconduct, cyber-enabled fraud, and other sophisticated offenses.

Analyze intelligence from multiple sources and transform it into operational insights.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external enforcement agencies.

Help shape innovative intelligence methodologies while leveraging data and AI technologies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline).

At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:

Intelligence roles within intelligence or law enforcement organizations.

HUMINT, source development, recruitment, and source handling.

Investigations, enforcement, or intelligence analysis.

Data-driven intelligence or investigative analysis.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic and highly sensitive environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in financial investigations or economic crime.

Familiarity with capital markets or financial regulation.

Experience working with intelligence systems, data analysis tools, or AI-based technologies.

Previous experience in fraud investigations or regulatory environments.
