We are looking for a Fund Operations Analyst to join our Index Funds team and support the ongoing monitoring and control of mutual funds and ETFs.

Responsibilities

• Managing and operating the index fund platform (ETF & mutual funds)

• Performing controls over fund assets and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Working with a variety of internal interfaces as well as trustees, banks, and institutional entities in Israel and abroad

• Position can be full or part time (70%)

Qualification

• 1 - 5 years of experience in capital markets in investment control roles or foreign securities operations

• Strong advantage for experience with index-tracking funds (ETFs / mutual funds)

• Familiarity with systems such as Elad and Duchifat – an advantage

• Good English level – speaking, reading, and writing
