We are seeking an experienced IS & Data Director to lead the company's enterprise applications, data strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for aligning technology, data, and business objectives while ensuring that enterprise systems support operational excellence, innovation, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Information Systems & Data Strategy

• Define and execute the enterprise Information Systems strategy aligned with business goals.

• Establish and lead Data Governance frameworks, including data quality, ownership, standards, and application-level security.

• Drive enterprise application and data architecture strategy.

• Develop and maintain a multi-year technology and data roadmap.

Enterprise Applications Management

• Own and manage core business systems including ERP, MES, QMS, LIMS, BI, budgeting, and other enterprise applications.

• Ensure ongoing alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.

• Lead major system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.

Data, BI & AI

• Establish and lead an enterprise data platform.

• Drive advanced BI and analytics capabilities across the organization.

• Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve business performance and decision-making.

• Promote data-driven culture and operational excellence.

Digital Transformation & Process Excellence

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.

• Analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end business processes.

• Drive process automation and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Standardize processes and best practices across departments.

Integration & Architecture

• Lead integration initiatives across enterprise platforms and applications.

• Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

• Support cloud-based and modern architecture solutions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop managers, teams, and cross-functional resources.

• Manage departmental planning, budgeting, and performance objectives.

• Partner closely with executive leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions.

• Lead organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage software vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers.

• Own the business applications and data technology budget.

• Prioritize investments based on business impact and strategic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in Information Systems and enterprise applications.

• 3+ years of management experience, including leadership of managers.

• Strong experience with ERP systems in complex organizations.

• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation projects.

• Experience in Data, BI, Analytics, and AI initiatives.

• Strong background in enterprise architecture and systems integration.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments is an advantage.

• Knowledge of MES, QMS, LIMS, and Movex/M3 is an advantage.

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
