An established, privately held Israeli technology company developing specialized Cyber Intelligence solutions for international governmental and law enforcement authorities to combat critical cross-border threats.

The company is commercially proven, revenue-generating, and financially resilient with a global paying client base.

Operating in a highly confidential and security-conscious domain, the organization maintains isolated, hardened hybrid infrastructures built to support complex analytical and intelligence operations.

The office is located in Central Tel Aviv adjacent to major transit lines and the train station, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as an IT & Infrastructure Manager with a strong security-first mindset, reporting directly to the VP of R&D and holding end-to-end ownership of corporate IT systems from the ground up.

• Designing, provisioning, and scaling enterprise IT architecture across complex On-Premise environments and modern Cloud platforms.

• Defining, executing, and enforcing stringent Information Security and hardening protocols across company hardware, servers, and internal systems.

• Managing and architecting enterprise virtualization, storage, and networking layers to ensure 24/7 high availability, operational resilience, and rapid scalability.

• Deploying, maintaining, and supporting an infrastructure centered around enterprise Linux environments, as well as developer workstations and internal productivity tools.

• Serving as the primary technical authority for internal infrastructure, identity management, access control, and IT vendor management to support the company's rapid growth.

Requirements-

• Proven track record as an IT Manager (or Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer) building and scaling environments from scratch – Mandatory

• Deep, hands-on expertise in On-Premise infrastructure architecture, hardware provisioning, and local data center management – Mandatory

• Strong, native proficiency in Linux operating systems administration, configuration, and troubleshooting – Mandatory

• Extensive hands-on experience with Enterprise Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM, Proxmox, Hyper-V) – Mandatory

• Strong Information Security foundations, including OS hardening, network segmentation, firewall administration, and zero-trust access controls – Mandatory

• Practical background in hybrid cloud integrations and enterprise directory services / IdPs – Advantage

• Prior experience working within a Cybersecurity startup or high-security, defense-oriented environment – Significant Advantage
