IT Helpdesk

Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Its solutions combine hardware, software, and AI-driven technologies to support complex, large-scale operations. Airobotics works primarily with defense industries, such as military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary. We are seeking for hands-on, motivated IT Helpdesk with strong troubleshooting abilities. This role involves supporting our internal IT systems, maintaining workstations, and performing physical tasks as part of day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a high-tech environment.

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as IT Support , or similar role. • Solid understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows-based; Linux and MacOS as plus) • Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting connectivity issues. • Good knowledge in Networking field L2/L3. • Experience in configuring routers and switches Forti and CISCO, include Vlans / Vpns. • Hands-on experience with imaging servers and machines (Clonezilla, or similar). • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Highly motivated, hardworking, and capable of handling physical work when required. • Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
