IT Infrastructure Department Manager | Ramat Gan

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an IT Infrastructure Department Manager for a leading organization in Ramat Gan. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for planning, managing, and operating the organization’s IT infrastructure, leading technology teams and strategic projects while ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of critical systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, management, and operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure

Manage infrastructure, networking, System, DevOps, and AS400 teams

Lead strategic technology projects and annual work plans

Manage server, storage, networking, virtualization, Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Automation environments

Ensure the availability, stability, information security, and performance of critical systems

Manage incidents and technical issues

Drive infrastructure innovation and modernization

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in a medium-sized or large organization

Proven experience managing and leading technology teams

Extensive experience with servers, storage, networking, and Cloud environments

Experience with monitoring, backup, storage, networking, and information security systems, as well as critical Production environments

Familiarity with ITSM processes and ITIL methodology
