Job Description:

• Manage technology infrastructure projects within the IT Solutions Division, responsible for system administration, physical and virtual servers, DBA, storage and backup systems, and AS/400 and Linux infrastructures.

• Manage project-related interfaces with technical stakeholders across the organization, including Information Security, Networking, Development, Technical Support, and end users.

• Provide end-to-end support throughout infrastructure technology upgrade and implementation projects.

• Prepare technical specifications, test documents, and project initiation presentations, while continuously monitoring progress and reporting project status to the Unit Manager.

• Work will primarily take place across the organization's facilities, with travel to other sites as required.

• The role may require 24/7 on-call availability, including responding to incidents outside regular working hours.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic/professional education.

• At least 6 years of experience as a Technology Infrastructure Project Manager, working with enterprise infrastructure domains such as servers, storage, backup systems, and databases in a large organization.

• At least 5 years of experience writing technical specifications for infrastructure technology implementation or upgrade projects.

• Knowledge and experience managing projects involving various Microsoft products, including Active Directory.

• Knowledge and experience managing projects in VMware Horizon-based VDI environments.

• Knowledge and experience managing projects involving Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) and hybrid solutions.

• Knowledge and experience managing storage and backup system projects.

• Knowledge and experience managing integrated projects involving networking and information security infrastructure.

• Proficiency in Hebrew and English.

• Valid driver's license.

• Experience managing projects involving the establishment of computing infrastructure in a large organization – an advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, including Azure – an advantage.

• Familiarity with cloud projects under the Israeli Accountant General's Nimbus framework – an advantage.
