A global company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and support IT operations across sites in Israel, the US, and India, ensuring the smooth operation of data centers, cloud infrastructure, networks, and end-user systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage physical and virtual servers in VMware and Hyper-V environments.

• Oversee SAN/NAS storage and High Availability solutions.

• Maintain and secure LAN/WAN networks, including Fortinet firewalls and HPE managed switches.

• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) across multiple tenants.

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers/workstations, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and patch management.

• Support enterprise applications, including AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Cadence, and OrCAD.

• Implement endpoint security, encryption, compliance, backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, SOPs, and runbooks.

• Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing data centers, networking, and end-user systems in enterprise environments.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.

• Strong expertise in VMware/Hyper-V, SAN/NAS, Fortinet firewalls, and HPE networking.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and IPSec.

• Experience with Azure and hybrid environments is an advantage.

• Fluent English communication skills, with a proactive, collaborative, service-oriented, and adaptable approach.
