A leading financial organization is looking for an IT Operations & Monitoring Specialist to join the team responsible for monitoring and operating the organization's critical IT systems around the clock.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with a technical background or previous NOC / IT Operations experience who want to gain deeper exposure to large-scale IT infrastructure and mission-critical enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

• Continuously monitor the organization's critical IT systems and infrastructure

• Monitor system processes and ensure they operate properly and receive the required resources

• Identify system failures and unusual events in real time

• Perform initial Level 1 troubleshooting

• Ensure system availability, stability, and operational continuity

• Escalate complex incidents to the relevant technical teams

• Collaborate with Infrastructure and other professional IT teams

• Support continuous 24/7 operation of the organization's core computing environment

What We're Looking For

• Technical professional background OR previous experience in NOC, IT Operations, or system operations – required

• Strong technical orientation and ability to learn new systems

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

• Availability for 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends – required

• Previous experience operating enterprise or central computing systems – an advantage

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure – an advantage

• Level 1 troubleshooting experience – an advantage

• Experience working with Mainframe (MF) environments – an advantage
