Full Time | Tel Aviv | Hybrid- 1 Day Position Details

We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and people-oriented professional to join our team in Tel Aviv.

This is a hybrid role combining 50% hands-on IT & Technical Support with 50% technology projects, system implementation, automation, and AI.

If you have it all, enjoy solving technical issues, but also wants to understand business needs, improve processes, and explore how technology and AI can make the organization work smarter.

💻 IT & Technical Support | 50%

Provide day-to-day technical support to employees

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and organizational systems

Manage users, permissions, workstations, and equipment

Support employee onboarding and offboarding

Support SaaS platforms and internal business tools

Identify recurring issues and improve the user experience

🚀 IT, Systems & AI Projects | 50%

- Lead technology projects from business need to implementation

- Map processes and translate business requirements into technology solutions

- Work directly with technology vendors in Israel and abroad

- Implement and improve business systems and SaaS platforms

Explore and implement AI tools, automation, and workflows

Build integrations between systems

Support user training and adoption of new tools

🔎 What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Technical Support / IT in an organizational environment

- Background or experience in Information Systems, system implementation, or process improvement

- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems independently

- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools

- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions

- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects

- High level of English

Relevant background or degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field

Experience with SaaS implementation and platforms such as ClickUp

Experience with No-Code / Low-Code, automation, APIs, or integrations

Experience leading a technology project through Go-Live
