IT Team Leader

A leading technology company in the B2B commerce, FMCG data, and supply chain ecosystem is looking for an experienced IT Team Leader to join its infrastructure organization.

The company develops advanced digital solutions for B2B commerce, market data analysis, and supply chain management, supporting thousands of retail locations and processing large-scale point-of-sale and business transaction data on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four IT/System engineers, fostering operational excellence, ownership, and technical innovation.

• Manage and maintain virtualized infrastructures based on VMware and Hyper-V.

• Oversee storage systems, backup systems, update distribution platforms, and two active data-center facilities.

• Manage networking environments, communication equipment, firewalls, and security infrastructure.

• Operate and maintain Microsoft-based environments, including Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.

• Lead cross-organizational infrastructure projects across on-premise server environments and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

• Develop, manage, and execute infrastructure upgrade and maintenance work plans.

• Ensure stability, performance, security, and high availability in mission-critical production environments

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven experience managing and leading IT infrastructure teams

• Strong experience with Microsoft cloud environments, including SharePoint, Office 365, and Teams

• Deep knowledge of networking and communication equipment

• Experience maintaining and operating Check Point and FortiGate firewalls

• Experience designing and implementing information security solutions such as EDR, DLP, EPM, and NAC

• Broad experience managing infrastructure systems, including Hyper-V, VMware, F5 XC / BIG-IP, and storage platforms

• Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, including installation, upgrades, maintenance, and security

• Proven experience building and maintaining AWS and Azure cloud environments

• Strong leadership capabilities, service orientation, multitasking ability, fast learning, adaptability, and initiative in leading change processes.

• Experience working with Linux servers- advantage.
