Java Backend Developer #1360

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our Backend Engineering team and contribute to the development of innovative network management solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side components for advanced network management platforms.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, System Engineers, and Development teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

• Take end-to-end ownership of features and components, from design and development through testing and delivery.

• Analyze, optimize, and enhance existing solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and approaches.

• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions.

• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide effective long-term solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a recognized academic institution.

• 1–5 years of hands-on Java development experience, or an exceptional recent graduate.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and priorities.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within highly technical teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and self-learning ability.

Advantages

• Familiarity with Network Management Systems (NMS) and network management protocols, particularly SNMP.

• Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Linux environments and scripting.

• Experience developing REST APIs and working with web servers.
