We are looking for a Junior CRM Implementer to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for a junior professional with initial hands-on CRM experience who is looking to grow, develop technical skills, and gain experience working with complex business processes and CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure business processes within CRM systems

• Work with system integrations, databases, and business logic

• Configure and customize screens, objects, workflows, and processes

• Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions

• Write technical specifications and support tasks throughout the implementation lifecycle

• Collaborate with Development and CRM Implementation teams

• Support tasks and processes from requirements gathering through implementation

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in CRM implementation

• Familiarity with CRM processes, system integrations, databases, and business logic

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring systems

• Ability to work with customers and business users

• Ability to write technical specifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• High motivation to learn and develop professionally in the CRM field
