Junior Engineering Project Manager , Bar-Lev Site, Israel

We are looking for a Junior Engineering Project Manager to join our Engineering team and take part in the planning, execution, and coordination of engineering projects from design through implementation.

This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer at the beginning of their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in engineering project management, product development, technical problem-solving, and manufacturing support.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers, Production, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, while developing your technical and project management skills in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support the planning and execution of engineering projects and assigned project tasks.

• Monitor project milestones, tasks, deliverables, and schedules.

• Support product design and development activities.

• Plan, conduct, and document engineering experiments and tests.

• Provide technical support to Production and assist in resolving technical issues.

• Support the design and development of gauges, fixtures, and tooling for Production.

• Work with suppliers and internal teams to advance projects and solve technical challenges.

• Take part in continuous improvement and process optimization activities.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.

• 2 years of experience in an engineering role – Advantage.

• Has CAD experience, preferably SolidWorks – Mandatory.

• Has familiarity with machining / CNC processes – Advantage.

• Has knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

• Has strong technical and analytical abilities.

• Has good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.

• Is able to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Has good to high-level English.

• Demonstrates initiative, motivation, responsibility, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills.
