Junior FP&A

Bright Data is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. You’ll be part of a collaborative group of 5 analysts, delivering key financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and helping drive strategic decisions across the company.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field • Up to 1 year of experience in FP&A or a related analytical field, including relevant student or part-time roles during studies. • Fluent English – written and verbal • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • High standards of accuracy, precision, and professionalism • Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure • Strong sense of ownership - ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive things to completion • Experience in financial analysis, executive presentations and building complex financial models – Advantage • Experience with daily use of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into work – Advantage
