Job Description

A leading defense organization in Central Israel is looking for a Junior Information Systems Training & Implementation Specialist to join a professional and dynamic training team.

This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their career who have experience in training, implementation, or user support, whether gained in a civilian or military environment.

The position involves delivering training sessions, supporting the rollout of new information systems, developing training materials, and assisting users throughout adoption and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions on various information systems

• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems across the organization

• Develop, write, and maintain training materials, presentations, user guides, and learning resources

• Provide front-line support to end users, both remotely and onsite

• Gather user requirements, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist users throughout system adoption and organizational change processes

• Collaborate with multiple business and technical stakeholders across the organization

• Help improve user experience and increase system adoption rates

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in information systems training, implementation, user support, or related roles – required

• Military experience in training, implementation, information systems, instruction, or technology-related roles will be considered relevant and is highly welcomed

• Experience delivering classroom, virtual, or one-on-one training sessions

• Formal training or implementation certification/course (military or civilian) – advantage

• Experience developing training materials and user documentation

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Significant Advantage

• Experience with ERP, SAP, CRM, or enterprise information systems

• Experience working in large organizations

• Experience supporting system implementation or digital transformation projects

• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and learning development processes
