Junior Product Manager

Vectorious has developed the world’s first in-heart microcomputer and is on a mission to transform heart failure treatment. About the Role We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Product team and take ownership of a portfolio of internal products and tools that support key business functions across Manufacturing, Support, and Algorithm R&D. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and passionate about solving user problems. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand workflows, identify pain points, define product solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive execution. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on how our teams operate and scale by building tools that improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience. What You'll Do • Own and manage internal products and tools across multiple business domains. • Partner with Manufacturing, Support, and Algorithm R&D teams to gather requirements and understand user needs. • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process and product improvements. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications. • Define simple, intuitive solutions with a focus on minimizing user friction. • Prioritize initiatives and manage product backlogs. • Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. • Monitor the broader system landscape and assess the impact of changes across interconnected products. • Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.  What do you need to bring with you? • 2+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to gather, organize, and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders. • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand dependencies across products and processes. • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Technical background or experience working closely with software development teams. • Familiarity with backend systems and microservice architectures. • Experience working in manufacturing, operations, industrial environments, or other complex business processes. • Experience with internal tools, workflow automation, or operational platforms.
