Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management team and support the execution of complex, high-budget projects in the air defense sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an Industrial Engineering & Management graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, work alongside experienced Project Managers, and take part in large-scale defense projects from initiation through delivery.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management – required. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks and interfaces simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • High level of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment. • Strong service orientation and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. • Good command of project management and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent English – written and verbal. • Familiarity with software/technology environments – an advantage. • Previous experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, or a technological environment – an advantage. • Experience or familiarity with the defense sector – an advantage.
