Junior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager with strong experience in web-based product environments to drive delivery across our engineering and design teams. You’ll own Agile processes, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure consistent, on-time delivery of high-quality web features and releases. This role requires both delivery discipline and a solid understanding of how modern web products are built and shipped.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Agile ceremonies and maintain team structure and focus.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to remove blockers and keep delivery smooth.

• Track progress, manage timelines, and surface risks early.

• Report team status, updates, and risks to the Head of Product and stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement and a culture of feedback.

• Own and optimize Jira workflows, ensuring ticket clarity and process efficiency.

Requirements:

Recruitments:

• 2+ years as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead in a web technology environment.

• General understanding of modern web stacks and workflows (e.g., APIs, frontend frameworks, CI/CD).

• Experience coordinating between developers, designers, QA, and product.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working with distributed teams in fast-paced settings.
